DNA Ambiente is the name of the new industrial group, resulting from the integration of five of the most innovative companies in the sector: Ambiente.it, Sartori Ambiente, Arcoda, Junker and HPA. A group that already boasts 10 years of inter-company collaboration:
- – Over 2,500 local administrations served
- – 23 million citizens reached by the services
- – 1 in 5 Tari bills in Italy calculated using its software
- – Over 200,000 deliveries managed at collection centers every year.
DNA Ambiente was unveiled during Waste Reloaded, the event organized on October 2nd at Palazzo Giureconsulti in Milan, which highlighted digitalization, innovation, and sustainability as its main themes.
DNA Ambiente aims to provide services and tools that enable citizens to carry out waste separation more easily, precisely, and beneficially, make environmental management processes more efficient, and ensure full compliance with the latest ARERA regulations.
Within the DNA Ambiente ecosystem, Sartori Ambiente is responsible for developing hardware and software technological solutions for waste disposal and containers for waste separation. “Attention to ergonomics and sustainability have been the values that have always characterized our company, since the very beginning, almost 30 years ago,” said CEO Michele Sartori. “That’s why we are committed to developing and producing equipment that is more easily usable by both users and sanitation workers, and made from materials sourced from a sustainable supply chain.”
The ambition of this new group, one of the largest in Italy, is to make its integrated waste management solutions accessible to all users: from the smallest municipalities to multi-utilities.
Cristiano Nardi, Executive Chairman of Pietro Fiorentini, the parent company of all DNA Ambiente companies, states: “The DNA Ambiente companies today represent Italian excellence. As an international group, operating in over 100 markets, we aim to bring these excellent solutions to the world. At the same time, we would like to enrich our digital ecosystem, finding further integrations with entities that share our same values, even beyond Italy.”
