Hi Elia, could you tell us something about how your career has been so far?
My name is Elia Rospocher, I am 25 years old and I have been working as a UX Designer at Sartori Ambiente for a few weeks. From a very young age I was fascinated by technology and innovation, but I have also always been deeply sensitive and empathic. That is why my education started with a more technical and IT training, to then move to humanistic studies that led to my specialization in Interfaces and Communication Technologies.
What will a UX Designer do in Sartori Ambiente?
My goal working in Sartori Ambiente is to focus on the user: I will take care of improving the user-experience in terms of digital world, working on the interfaces of our portals and products, and working on the physical product, in close collaboration with those who will actually use it in order to understand their needs and improve the overall experience.
What made you decide to choose Sartori Ambiente?
Sartori Ambiente attracted me for several reasons. Working in the environment and ecology world is a further incentive to give my best, trying to have a positive impact on the future of our planet. Sartori Ambiente offers me the opportunity to work on products used daily by everyone, and therefore to affect everyday life of everyday people; this encourages me to keep an open mind, and it is a great challenge.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I am a cooking enthusiast, and I love to express my creativity in the preparation of dishes of all kinds and from any culture. Everyone has that friend who affirms to know how to make the best carbonara in the world, well in my case it’s actually those who tasted it that say so! I am not a great sportsperson, but I do practice non-professional tennis (I am not very good, but I have fun) and I follow motorsports such as MotoGP and Formula 1.
I love fresh air, so I take many walks outdoors accompanied by my faithful four-legged friends.
Thank you, Elia, for sharing your passions with us!
