Hi Giulio, can you tell us about your work?
I am Giulio Pellizzoni, I am 29 and I am a user experience designer. I design and optimise the overall user experience when then users interact with products and services.
In other words: I ask a lot of questions, I listen to even more answers, and I write countless digital post-its to analyse, define and evaluate problems and solutions. My goal is to improve the user experience throughout the entire lifecycle of products and services.
What made you decide to choose Sartori Ambiente?
Because at Sartori Ambiente, working with waste management systems, the motto is “The best waste is the one that is not produced”. Reducing the amount of waste means a shift from managing the amount of waste to managing the quality of the collected materials. A virtuous, ecologically positive goal with a full humanity-centred design perspective!
What do you like to do outside of work?
I love coffee and I’m a coffee brewer! I like exploring and, according to the season, I always have some activity to do, project to follow or place to explore. I chose Arco instead of a big city also because it offers several outdoor sports, to be practiced around mountains, cliffs and lakes.
If I’m not outdoors, I’m probably surfing the web, reading something nice, or cooking tasty food.
