To develop its solutions, Sartori Ambiente chose the design thinking model, cantered on people and based on the ability to integrate analytical skills with a creative approach.
The aim was to create solutions that can improve the work quality of sanitation workers, at the same time involving users thanks to the principles of positive reinforcement and nudge.
The project is co-funded by the provincial call on business incentives (Provincial Law 6/99) and it involved high-profile stakeholders:
CeRiSM – Department of Psychology and Cognitive Sciences of the University of Trento – Employment Agency of the Autonomous Province of Trento – Fiemme Servizi – Contarina – SAE Val Sabbia
We will share the process that made this possible:
- Friday 4th October, 11 am
- Spazio Eventi, Piazza Manifattura, 1 – Rovereto
