The shareholders’ meetings of Altares Srl and Sartori Ambiente Srl have approved the merger by incorporation of Altares Srl into Sartori Ambiente Srl.
The merger does not represent a mere internal reorganisation of the two companies of the group, but is part of a broader industrial project that will offer a better integrated service.
As a result of the merger, as of 31 December 2021, Sartori Ambiente Srl will inherit all the relationships previously held by Altares Srl.
We would like to reassure you that the transition will take place in full continuity, without modifying in any way the current operations under the existing contracts and/or changing its commercial, strategic and operational contacts.
